the design quality assurance (dqa) engineer will learn specific products and be responsible for working with the relevant departments to resolve all issues related to quality and reliability; this includes onsite visits at subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers.

assess product quality, identify critical issues, and collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced partners on problem solving

participate as a member of project team of other engineers and internal and outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions
作為其他工程師和內部和外包合作夥伴的項目團隊成員參與，提供可靠、具有成本效益和高質量的解決方案
support new product development activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action review
支持新產品開發活動、根本原因分析和糾正措施審查
1.專科以上電機電子維護、機械維護、機械工程相關科系畢。
2.英文聽說讀寫精通。
3.具相關工作經驗3年以上。
3-5 years' experience in the field or in a related area with proven working experience in quality
3-5年在品質相關經驗
skillful qc tools and problem solving (spc, 8d, fmea, sampling plan, iso audit...etc.)
qc相關解決問題工具(spc, 8d, fmea, sampling plan , iso audit…etc.)
strong verbal, written and communication skills in english
